Maybe an unexcusable blowout loss (worse since the 47-0 to FSU in probation years) is what folks in Miami need to see to make the changes that are obviously going to have to be made in order to get the program back to title contender level. In the long run, this may be a good thing (if we get rid of JOKER, I mean Coker-may be worth it to me-if he stays, it's what we deserve and what we may expect for years to come)

Miami fans should think back around 2000/2001 when Coaker was leading Miami to a National Championship. He is a good coach. The problem is, "What have you done for me lately?"

Joe Gibbs is in the same boat. "He's been left behind." Joe Gibbs has not been left behind, not now...But it all goes back to what have you done for me lately. Coaches go from hero to zero in a matter of weeks.

Coker had nothing to do with winning the National Title. Those players were Butch Davis' guys. The underachieving Canes of the last few years are Coker's boys.

Miami is kinda a "Bad boy" team, amd this coach just don't fit there. I don't think there is 35 points between the 2 teams , but things kinda snowball sometimes. Thumping that rookie QB would have been a good move early.

We used to be a bad boy team. Butch cleaned that image up considerably. I wondered myself why we didn't put pressure on the rookie QB as well.
